Check out local favorites like century egg, black chicken and wide array of spices. Next adjourn to Singapore's largest hawker centre for a leisurely breakfast. Your day is not complete without visiting a traditional heritage shop where you will see where locals purchase their supply of herbs, tonic and even pastries, which are used for family tea time.
